Yang Yang PhD Student Profile: Mr. Yang Yang received his Bachelor degree from Department of Electronics Science and Technology, Xi’an Jiaotong University, Xi’an, China. He is currently a PhD student at Department of Optical Engineering, Zhejiang University, Hangzhou, China. His research interests include illumination engineering and color science. | | |
Research Area: Mr. Yang Yang is doing PhD thesis entitle ‘discomfort glare from non-uniform luminaires’. He has investigated discomfort glare caused by various LED luminaires. The target is to develop a glare model to predict the glare perception from the newly developed LED luminaires. Journal Publications: 1. Yang Y, Luo MR, Ma SN and Liu XY. “Assessing Glare.
